Deryl & DeAndre' not only serve as leaders of their company, but also as mentors to young men and women in their community. Guiding those that have a vision for the technology world but are unable to accomplish them due to systemic boundaries.  Our vision is to foster a culture of continuous improvement where we embrace challenges, learn from failures, and celebrate our collective successes. We aspire to build a team that embraces challenges as opportunities, believes in our collective potential, and never settles for mediocrity.  We aim to empower and inspire our team members to reach new heights, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  At (JTIG), our vision as owners is to create a collaborative and innovative team where every member feels valued, empowered, and inspired to achieve their full potential. We are working to build a leadership pipeline that identifies and nurtures emerging leaders. Deryl Jackson who’s a car enthusiast lives by the value of a favorite quote written by Henry ford who once said:   "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself."  And DeAndre', who is a basketball aficionado quotes his all-time favorite, coach Phil Jackson, who once said: "The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team."   The brothers believe that teamwork produces solutions, and that every member of (JTIG) has a role to play, which is just as important as the highest role in the company, because unity is strength.
